In this 12-lesson course, you will learn the BEI certification process, exam structure, objective and subjective scoring system, and performance test expectations. Three mock exams are included to help you practice and prepare for exam day. This course is designed to help you confidently prepare for the BEI Basic Exam and walk into your test ready to succeed!

Hannah Riedel B.A., BEI, EIPA 4.2, ASLPI 3+
Hannah Riedel coaches interpreters towards certification following her successful process of deliberate practice and application of strategies that she personally used to overcome obstacles and achieve certification. Our mission is to empower passionate interpreters like you to pursue certification with confidence and efficiency.
Hannah graduated from California State University Fresno in 2012 with her bachelors degree in Communicative Disorders. After completing her ITP she could not find resources to bridge the gap between graduation and certification which is why she dutifully created Terp Coach Network. After 14+ years of experience including freelance work, educational both K-12 and post secondary, platform interpreting, conference interpreting and VRI, she continues to interpret in her local community and coaches interpreters nationwide.
She and her family serve our nation as her husband is actively serving in the United States Air Force. They love family time and their Aussie-doodle Yogi Bear.
